Quality in our supplies and services has been our motto ever since and in fact, our achievements are purely linked to our quality policies, promptness and fidelity. We were able to reap an aggregate turnover of Rs.2.67 Crores (26.70 Millions) for the last 3 financial years up to 31/03/2012 and the firm has successfully crossed the 10 Million yearly turnover ceiling during the financial year 2012-13. Similarly, the organization has been able to maintain an average net profit (before tax) rate in and around 20% so far. No unhealthy competition is faced by the organization so far. Thus there is a steady growth of the businesses of the firm in respect of supplies of spares, components and accessories and the servicing & maintenance activities carried out, both in the local market and in the foreign market.
With the strong presence in the local and foreign markets, the firm has learnt that regular supply of best quality spare parts, components and other items are in short and there is a big gap to be filled in. With respect to the supply, installation and commissioning of equipments, it is learnt that adequate awareness among the prospective buyers is necessary in the local market. As far as the foreign market is concerned, use of purification and hygiene systems has become a passion and hence the Partners feel that there won’t be much difficulty in finding the prospective customers and in selling the equipments and its servicing.
The well accepted quality policy of the organization and its wide customer support were the corner stones for the success of the organization so far and the Partners are committed to maintain the same policy for the coming years so as to retain its present customer strength and to enhance it. The firm is having adequate number of skilled employees and it is able to recruit additional skilled work force, in the event it is necessary. Similarly, the organization is in possession of necessary infrastructure facilities and its capital adequacy is quite good. Best quality equipments with advanced features are available in the market and the firm is having adequate tie-ups and business arrangements with the pioneers in the field.
It is learnt that there is no adequate awareness in the matter of the utilities and benevolences which the newly introduced hygiene and purification systems. The Partners appreciate that they have not made any efforts to infuse relevant awareness in respect of the new generation hygiene and purification systems available in the market, so far and as such it has no adequate tools in hand to cope with the same. The organization has to devise strategies to overcome the weakness for its own sustenance.
Partners have decided that an extensive marketing campaign may be started for infusing proper product awareness in the local market with the help of publicity, training and awareness programs among prospective customers and the general public. It is sure that the market will be wide opened to the organization after the infusion of proper knowledge of the benevolences of the systems for the benefit of man kind. When compared to the gains that will come, the cost of awareness program can be very negligible and the organization is capable of meeting such an expense in the near future.
It is learnt that there will not be as many financially sound customers at present, to buy the newly introduced and sophisticated Hygiene Systems and Air Purification Systems in the local market. The Partners are planning to arrange loan facilities to the needy customers with the help of financial institutions, in addition to the strategic pricing policies. The organization is able to withstand the competition, if any, that may originate and no other constraints are expected in the near future.
In the context and as a measure of horizontal growth, Partners are unearthing the possibilities of entering into new markets and avenues by associating with other entities and agencies, both national and international. It is decided that the extent, nature, pattern, objectives and other parameters of the alliance/ relationship will be fixed bilaterally, considering all the aspects of the involvement.
